Petr Cimprich announced the release of Sablotron 0.4, an XSLT processor written in C++, now open-source licensed under both the GPL and the less-restrictive MPL.

In addition to the license change (which now conforms to expat), Sablotron now provides a SAX-based output for passing transformations to applications without reserializing the document, updated output conformance, and adds support for xsl:output, xsl:comment, and xsl:processing-instruction.
