Aditya Kalyanpur has announced version 1.3 of RDF Web Scraper, available from a CVS repository.

Uche Ogbuji has updated the specification and tutorial for Versa, FourThought's RDF query language and implementation.

Michael Grove has announced RDF Instance Creator (RIC) v2.73a, a visual RDF instance authoring tool. He describes RIC: "Given the URL of an ontology, the file can be loaded into RIC allowing the user to create instances of the resources described in the ontology."

Grove also announced an update to ConvertToRDF, a tool for converting delimited text files such as CSV into RDF.

Peter Van Dijck has created XFML, eXchangable Faceted Metadata Language, not actually RDF, but a Topic Maps-inspired language for representing web site metadata. Work on an RDF serialization is apparently underway.
