XInclude.net has announced XInclude.exe, an implementation of the W3C's XInclude specification, for the Microsoft XML parser.

Announced features include:

  • Low memory overhead through use of the XML SAX2 API
  • Indents inserted documents according to the indentation level of the parent document
  • Supports both parse="xml" and parse="text" methods
  • Supports nested includes
  • Source code available under GPL

MSXML 3.0 or higher is required.
