A new version of the XHTML 1.0 Working Draft has been
published on the W3C website. The draft is an update to the Proposed
Recommendation published in August. Notably the latest draft settles the "3 Namespaces" debate.
The August recommendation stated that 3 separate namespaces were to be used for XHTML, sparking
a lengthy debate, particularly on the XML-DEV mailing list. Following these and other comments made
during the review, the Recommendation was returned to the HTMLWorking Group for further revision. The
