The Dublin Core Metadata initiative and OCLC have released the Extensible Open RDF Toolkit (EOR), a platform for rapid development of RDF applications.

EOR is implemented in Java, and is aimed at applications focused on the discovery, management, integration and navigation of metadata. This initial release includes the following functionality:

• Authentication of users
• Validation, serialization and saving of RDF models to persistent data stores
• Insertion of models into a relational database
• Search service complete with XSLT translation of the resultset model
• Session management
• Administration interfaces

EOR is open source, source is included with the EOR download.
