Wizen Software have commenced a
public beta-testing program for PowerXML, an
XML-centric rapid application development platform.
According to Wizen, PowerXML includes the following features:

Built-in XML and HTML input parsers -- apply XSLT and XPath to HTML or
XML.
- XPath processing
- DBMS to XML conversion
- Support for multiple XSLT engines (currently MSXML, Xalan-C++ and
Sablotron)
- XSLT engine timing
- Integration with Apache and IIS
- Java, C/C++ and COM interfaces to application engine
- Cross-platform server: Windows, Linux, Solaris
PowerXML allows the developer to create "complex XML-based
'pipelines'" using a GUI interface.
