The W3C has released a new and considerably longer draft of XML Protocol (XMLP) Requirements.

A number of requirements have been added and removed, as priorities have settled and changed within the Activity. The new draft includes usage scenarios (indicated with DSnnn and Snnn), resulting in a considerably expanded section on Usage Scenarios.
