XincaML: eXtensible Inter-Nodes Constraint Mark-up Language

XincaML is a language for describing constraints on XML formats, in a manner similar to ISO Schematron. The XincaML Processor is a Java implementation package of the language parser and constraints checker.

Satine version 0.99 released, a simple XML data binding for Python

Satine converts XML documents to Python lists of objects which have Python attributes mirroring the XML element attributes, a convention called "xlist". It also has a Web services module which supports plain XML and SOAP over HTTP.

Version 2.0 of the XA35 XML Accelerator (hardware)

Datapower have announced an update of the accleration server for XML and XSLT processing. New features include SSL acceleration, Gigabit Ethernet and XML compression.

Saxon 7.4 released with more XPath 2.0 features

Saxon is an open-source XSLT processor. This release applies stronger type checking, in accordance with the XPath 2.0 draft. There are also a couple of new diagostic features.

The XA35 XML Accelerator looks like a great idea. Has anyone tried it? How fast is it?
