XML-Spy gets XSL-FO support
The XML development environment XML-Spy has moved to version 4.1, and
now includes authoring and transformation support for XSL Formatting
Objects.
XML-Spy Suite 4.1 includes three components: a document editor, XSLT
designer, and an IDE. New functionality in this latest release
includes:

Authoring support for XSL-FO
- Built-in support for the Apache FOP XSL-FO formatter
- Complete support for W3C XML Schema
- ODBC and ADO database access
XML-Spy is comercial software. A trial download is available from the XML-Spy web
site.

The schema validator breaks down whenever it sees key constraints (i.e. it always flags validation errors when there are none) |
