Wattle Software has announced the release of XMLWriter 1.0, an XML editor. Available for the Windows platform, the editor can be downloaded from the XMLWriter web site. New in this release is a facility which enables you to plug in non-Microsoft XML and XSL processors.

Crane Softwrights' "Practical Transformation Using XSLT and XPath (XSL Transformations and the XML Path Language)" has now reached its Sixth Edition, having been updated to reflect the XSLT and XPath W3C Recommendations. The materials, which can be purchased in electronic form, are available from Crane Softwrights' web site.
