SOAP::Lite adds XML-RPC support

Paul Kulchenko has released SOAP::Lite version 0.50, adding XML-RPC support, as well as tests and more examples.

The XML-RPC support consists of XMLRPC::Lite, a client and server interface, XMLRPCsh.pl, an interactive shell for testing XML-RPC servers, and a sample server implementing the UserLand XML-RPC validation suite.

Also in this new version of SOAP::Lite are XML::Parser::Lite, a regexp-based XML parser used as a fallback when XML::Parser is absent, a new SOAP::Fault class, and examples for UDDI and basic authentication. support.
