Rael Dornfest of the O'Reilly Network has created an XML interest mailing list for PHP, the popular web scripting language.

The list is for the discussion of XML processing in PHP, PHP XML tools, and the broader topic of "Weblications" (web-based applications) in general.

Rael is the developer of Meerkat, O'Reilly Network's "Open Wire Service", which aggregates RSS-syndicated content from around the web, and is written with PHP and MySQL.
