K.Kawaguchi of of Swift, Inc. has released an Apache-licensed Java-based validating processor for the RELAX schema language.
The Web-based documentation explains how to use the
RELAX Verifier for Java from the command line to test documents against RELAX descriptions. A brief inspoection of
the JAR file suggests that the verifier also supports SAX and DOM.
