The W3C has released new Working Drafts of three CSS3 modules: Backgrounds, Color, and Cascading and inheritance.

All three drafts are revisions of previously published drafts, and continue the process of building a modular framework out of CSS2.

The Color module now includes "Open Issues" in the Status section:
