Tim Ewald and Chris Sells are setting up a developers' conference focusing on Web Services in Portland, Oregon, for March 2002.

Ewald writes that the program will include:

... a keynote from Don Box, two days of back-to-back talks from such speakers as Tim and Chris, plus Jason Whittington, Brent Rector, Peter Drayton and more, a Q&A panel including all of the speakers and an exclusive Web Services DevCon t-shirt

The level of education at the conference will range from intermediate to advanced topics. More details are available on the web.
