Bob DuCharme's new book, XSLT Quickly, has been published by Manning.

Available both in print and as an ebook, XSLT Quickly has two main parts:

Part 1 is a tutorial that gets the reader up to speed in XSLT. It is short, deliberate, and covers all the basic concepts needed for the most common XSLT tasks. Part 2 is a task-oriented users guide to more advanced techniques for XML document manipulation.
